What to Expect at Your First Visit

1. Arrive Early for Check-In

Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. This allows us to finalize your registration and ensure all your information is up to date in our system.

2. What to Bring

To provide the best care, please have the following ready:

• A valid photo ID and your current insurance card.

• A list of any medications or supplements you are currently taking.

• Any recent X-rays, CT scans, or lab results related to your visit.
  
  

3. Your Consultation

Dr. Howard will perform a thorough evaluation, which may include a physical exam of the ears, nose, or throat. He will discuss his findings with you directly and work with you to create a personalized treatment plan.

Please have your preferred pharmacy's name and location ready for any necessary prescriptions.
